This policy explains how we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
The data you provide in our forms or by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, contact details, information about your property and the services you are interested in, and the content of your message.

4. Retention
Enquiry data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no contract follows, for a maximum of one year. Client data are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. They may be accessed by service providers acting on our behalf (web hosting, email, form management), under data processing agreements. Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers are covered by an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@viviv.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
