We regularly check cameras, recorders, detectors, sirens, access control and video intercoms, clean optics, test batteries and keep firmware updated. Alarm systems connected to an alarm receiving centre are handled in collaboration with an authorised security company, as required by Spanish law.
Alarm systems connected to an alarm receiving centre are installed and maintained in collaboration with an authorised security company, in accordance with Spanish Private Security Law 5/2014.

Can you connect my alarm to a receiving centre?
Connection to an alarm receiving centre is provided in collaboration with an authorised security company. We coordinate the whole process for you.
Do you maintain systems installed by other companies?
Yes. We review the existing installation, its documentation and the status of each device, and include it in your maintenance plan.
Is the video from my cameras private?
Your images remain on your own recorder or chosen service. We only access the system with your authorisation, and we review the settings to protect your privacy.
What do the inspection rounds include?
We check doors, windows and perimeter, look for signs of intrusion or damage and review the general condition of the property, and send you a report with photos.
