Mallorcan summers are hot and humid, and winters can be damp and chilly. Climate systems work hard, and without regular maintenance they lose efficiency, consume more energy and fail just when you need them most.
We look after split and ducted air conditioning, VRF systems, aerothermal heat pumps, underfloor heating and cooling, dehumidifiers and hot water production. We prepare your home before each season and keep a record of every service, in line with the Spanish Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE).

Frequently asked questions
When should the air conditioning be serviced?
Ideally in spring, before the first heat, and in autumn if the system is also used for heating. In homes with intensive use, we check filters monthly during summer.
Do you work with all brands?
We maintain equipment from the main manufacturers. For repairs under warranty, we coordinate with the brand's official service.
Can you prepare the house before I arrive?
Yes. As part of our pre-arrival service we switch on the climate system in advance so the house is at the right temperature when you walk in.
Do you also take care of the hot water system?
Yes. We service boilers, heat pumps and hot water tanks, including the thermal treatments recommended to prevent legionella.
