About us
Technical excellence, discreetly delivered.
We look after your home in Mallorca with consistency and discretion.
Who we are
One team for the whole home.
VIVIV was born from a simple observation: owners of luxury properties in Mallorca often have to coordinate half a dozen different suppliers — pool, garden, air conditioning, electrics, cleaning, security — without anyone taking a view of the home as a whole.
We do it differently. Our own multidisciplinary team, led by engineering professionals, takes care of every system and surface of the property under a single maintenance plan. We plan, we document and we answer for the result.
