Our home watch service includes key holding, regular inspection visits with a photo report, preparation of the home before your arrival and the management of suppliers and minor repairs. We also coordinate larger works, so you have a single trusted contact on the island.

How do you keep my keys safe?
Keys are coded, without identifying the property, and kept in a secure location with a log of every use.
How often are the inspection visits?
We agree the frequency with you — usually weekly or fortnightly while you are away — and add extra visits after storms or unusual events.
Can you receive deliveries and supervise suppliers?
Yes. We open the house for suppliers, supervise their work and lock up afterwards, keeping you informed at all times.
Do you coordinate larger renovation works?
We can coordinate works and act as your representative on site. For each project we agree the scope and conditions in advance.
